FY020 linear electric actuator 10000N 13mm/s stroke 500mm

The FY020 series linear actuator is an industrial, waterproof electric actuator with a load capacity of 10000N and a stroke of 500mm, dedicated to high loads.

The housing of the FY020 electric actuator is made of a durable aluminum profile, the piston rod is a thick-walled polished steel pipe. Additional seals and hermetic connections of actuator elements ensure tightness at the IP66 standard.

The actuator uses a cylindrical gear transmission on steel wheels with straight teeth, which guarantees long and failure-free operation. The gearbox is coupled to a screw mechanism built into the piston rod of the linear actuator.

The actuator motor is a high-power brush DC motor. The rated voltage for this actuator is 24V, which is a very common standard in industrial automation.

The electric actuator is mounted using 13mm pins, pivoting at its base and in the piston rod hole.

The use of a classic DC brush motor ensures very simple actuator control. After applying voltage to the actuator terminals, it advances. After reversing the polarity of the supply voltage, the actuator folds. We can regulate the actuator's extension speed by adjusting its supply voltage.

Limit switches are permanently installed inside the electric actuator housing. They prevent the piston rod from extending too far or from getting stuck when retracting.

After applying the supply voltage, the actuator extends until it reaches full extension. Once full extension is achieved, the nut inside activates the limit switch and the actuator stops. After reversing the power supply polarity, the actuator retracts until it is fully retracted and activates the second limit switch.

The linear actuator can be controlled using a radio control unit with relays, manually using buttons and relays, or using PLC systems, intelligent buildings or other advanced systems based on microcontrollers.

Measuring the actuator current can provide information about its current load. Anti-overload systems based on current measurement can be used for these actuators.

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.
