Worm gear, ratio 60:1 RV30-60-56B5

The worm gear, designated RV30-60-56B5, demonstrates the versatility typical of this series. Its mechanical size of 30 allows it to be used as a replacement for NMRV, TM, MRV and other gears of the same size. The diameter of the output hole is 14 mm, and a motor with a B5 flange with a diameter of 120 mm can be mounted to the worm gear. The motor axis cooperating with the gearbox should have a diameter of 9 mm. The gear ratio is 60:1, which enables efficient power transmission in a variety of applications. The overall dimensions of this gear are: total height 97 mm, width 56 mm, length 80 mm. As with other models, the gear housing is made of aluminum, which not only reduces weight, but is also covered with an additional plastic coating to protect it against corrosion. The key design elements are a steel worm and a worm wheel made of bronze, which ensures not only durability but also effective operation of the gear in various conditions. Additionally, this gearbox is adapted to various needs thanks to options such as output shafts with a diameter of 14 mm, as well as the possibility of mounting with a reaction arm or the use of an electric motor with a B5 flange.
