The device allows you to connect the computer with electronic modules, using the popular data transfer protocols, e.g. SPI, I2C, UART. The Bus Pirate simplifies the process of communication with the new system, makes it easy to detect errors while transmitting data, checks the correct operation of the bus, and transmits commands. It is especially useful when operating the sensors to verify the flow of data. In addition to the above-listed functions, the system also works as an analyzer of logical states (up to 1 MHz), a frequency signal generator, and a programmer for AVR microcontrollers.
